Sarah and Steve's Heavenly Day

The Ancaster Wedding Show is proud to share the wedding of Sarah and Steve.  Two incredible people that we've had the pleasure of getting to know.  This is their love story.
A true romantic, Steve proposed at the top of a ferris wheel, the same ferris wheel where they had their first date. The next year and half of planning was an incredible time for this couple and they enjoyed every minute.

On July 21, 2012, Sarah, Steve and their 150 guests enjoyed an absolutely perfect summer wedding, set right in the heart of wine country in Vineland Ontario. Family and friends joined from all over of the world, from various parts of Ontario, to Scotland and even Australia.

The ceremony was held at Star of the Sea Church in Port Dalhousie with a wedding party of 12 at their sides.

Sarah looked stunning in an elegant lace, cap sleeved gown, with a deep-v back.  The vintage lace veil was breathtaking.   The ceremony was complemented perfectly by a pianist/violinist duo and the talented Sarah Eybel capturing the photos of their special day.

 We just love these moments.

The reception took place at Twenty Valley Golf and Country Club. The room was decorated in a charcoal grey with touches of purple, all beautifully done by Gala Décor.  The room was also filled with exquisite floral arrangements designed by The Watering Can, as well as menus, table numbers and seating charts by Anne Kelly of Inviting Elegance.

Accents included candelabras, wine cork centerpieces and wine barrels.  The atmosphere in the room was warm and inviting, exactly what Sarah and Steve envisioned .

Vibrant purple bridesmaids dresses complimented Sarah's magnificent gown perfectly.  A fresh look to a summer wedding.

Steve and groomsmen in classic grey suits looked so handsome.

After the fabulous dinner and heart-felt speeches were done, guests danced the night away to a live band. All in all, it was a wedding day that could not have been better for Sarah and Steve. May your lives be filled with much laughter and joy!
