Ancaster Wedding Show Vintage Wedding Photo Shoot

Ancaster Wedding Show called upon two of our fabulous exhibitors for a Vintage Wedding Photo Shoot. Studio DVM, Karen Smith Beauty in Motion and K Victoria Makeup Artistry united again to showcase a twist on the vintage wedding.

Vince Cianci, an amazing photographer with extraordinary vision, captured these beautiful images. AWS was extremely lucky to have such a talented artist work with us on this. Studio DVM specializes in weddings taking him worldwide. He was awarded WEDLUXE Best of 2010.  He is able to put you at ease immediately and captures the most beautiful images. A master of editing he candidly referred to himself as "the cheapest plastic surgeon in town". I knew I liked him.

It's the mix of vintage and contemporary hair and make up that is intriguing. Karen from Beauty in Motion and Krystal from K Victoria Makeup Artistry showed off their stuff with an avant garde approach and created exactly what we were looking for. Their talent and attention to detail was also showcased at the Ancaster Wedding Show's Candlelight Fashion Show this past August. We are already dreaming up ideas for the Ancaster Wedding Show at Night's Parade of Gowns coming March 23, 2012.  To book a wedding consultation with Karen and Krystal please click on the link.  I am thrilled to have meet these exceptional artists and excited to share their work with you. Enjoy!

Angie Humphrey Photographer

I first met Angie in 2008 when I was lucky enough to have her shoot my wedding.  Instantly, I felt that I was having my friend photograph our special day.  Being able to connect with a photographer who was warm and who liked to laugh made the day unravel the way it should.

Angie has the great ability to capture even the smallest moments when you think no one is looking.  From a wink exchanged  or a giggle from our son her photographs caught it all.  Her style incorporates everything from candid and photojournalism to traditionally posed.  Her personality is what sets her apart.  It is so important that a bride and groom feel a connection with their photographer.  It allows for personalities to show through, as well as, amazing images to be enjoyed by your family and friends.
